We ship worldwide via DHL and Fedex delivery services with delivery confirmation and online tracking. Shipping usually takes 5-14 days depending on destination. A refund/exchange is offered if you are not satisfied with your purchase, on condition that the returned item is UNUSED, UNWASHED and sent IN THE ORIGINAL PACK in 5 days from receiving the item and only after that you contact the shop so we could provide you the instruction and current address.
